The equipment is used for trimming and necking for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other metal circular workpiece through internal and external circular knife cutting method and spinning molding method, that is, the workpiece is fixed on the rotary table, hydraulic drive mold processing to reach the required size. The cutting edge is uniform and smooth, the appearance is smooth and beautiful, and the mechanical properties have no obvious change with the base material. This machine is equipped with multiple sets of molds, flexible processing of different specifications of the workpiece. The operation of the equipment is coordinated, accurate and reliable, and more cost-effective. The overall frame structure design is more humanized, easy to operate and maintain

3.Machine instruction- Working procedure
- This equipment adopts vertical processing technology,
- Manually put the workpiece into the equipment,
- Start the button with both hands,
- The cylinder drives the workpiece to tighten,
- The upper cylinder lowers and compresses the workpiece,
- Machine rotates; the servo drives the trimming station action,
- The lateral steel wheel feed polishing to cleaning bottom blank edge
- The necking/flanging part action,
- After the work is finished, then reset, manual unloading and taking out the waste ring, and the cyclic processing and production in turn.
