2.Machine instroduction
This equipment is a machine for necking 340-600 covers
Main structure and function of equipment:
2.1 frame: square tube and steel plate welding
2.2 upper pressure supports: steel plate welding
2.3 positioning mechanism: roller positioning.
2.4 Necking station: the inner mold is driven by power, the outer mold is pushed horizontally, and the oil cylinder drives the outer mold for necking.
2.5 upper pressure parts: driven by cylinder and pressed on the covers.
2.6 power part: 7.5kW motor with helical gear reducer. The power part drives the inner supporting die.

4.Working Process and Capacity:
4.1 Manual loading, cylinder pressing the workpiece.
4.2 Motor starting, then necking the covers.
4.3 Motor stops, all parts return to position, and upload the covers manually.
4.4 Tempo: load workpiece (10s) + pressing workpiece (5s) + Necking (20s) + Unloaded workpiece (10s) = 45 seconds for one workpiece
